Free shipping on all US orders. Every order ships within 3–5 business days, with a confirmation email and tracking once it is on its way.

Returns

If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment for the price on your receipt. Returns received after 14 days cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email ann@kathrynanndesigns.com or call 617-984-5355, and we will send a prepaid return label. Pack the bracelet securely, apply the label, and drop it at a shipping facility. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm your refund has been approved and processed.
